The Library Association of Bilogora, Podravina and Kalničko prigorje - is a regional association of librarians in Croatia founded in 1977. It operates in three northern counties of the Republic of Croatia: Bjelovar-Bilogora, Koprivnica Križevci and Virovitica-Podravina and is associated with the Croatian Library Association. It brings together librarians from all types of libraries to improve the library profession and library services for users in the region.

The Association has extensive experience in disseminating professional knowledge and information and conducts publishing activities in which the renowned professional library magazine Svezak stands out, which has been published regularly as a yearbook since 1999 and is also available online. Through its activities, the Society encourages professional and scientific work and continuous professional development of librarians with the aim of improving library services for users.

For its members, but also for the general public, the Association carries out various activities that seek to permanently advocate library activities, educate librarians and users, and increase the visibility of libraries in the community and bring users closer to their services, encourage reading and all literacy, provide support to users in formal and non-formal education, in acquiring qualifications, retraining, etc. The company conducts a number of activities in the field of lifelong learning of librarians to improve their knowledge and competencies needed to better identify the needs of disadvantaged users and design appropriate content and programs for them. One of such programs is the professional gathering Bibliokon, held for the first time in 2019.

Special attention is paid to users for whom cultural and educational services provided by libraries are less accessible, such as residents living in small settlements without libraries in rural areas, especially those from vulnerable groups, with a weaker socio-economic and educational structure. For this purpose, the services of mobile libraries - bibliobuses are organized.

In the area covered by the Association, there are three mobile library services with a long tradition - within the city libraries in Koprivnica, Bjelovar and Križevci. The establishment of new services (Virovitica, Daruvar) is also planned. Bibliobuses provide content for reading and learning according to personal needs, support in the acquisition of knowledge and information literacy and the opportunity to participate in various cultural and educational programs to the widest circle of residents and enable them to use these services in their places of residence.
