Day 1 - Tuesday, April 19

Department of Culture. Welcome from Mr. Josep Vives i Gràcia. Director General of Cultural Promotion and Libraries and Mrs. Sílvia Sanahuja, Head of the Library Service. Visit to the Library of Catalonia. The BC is the national library of Catalonia. It is a cultural center of reference specialized in the collection, conservation, promotion and dissemination of the written, musical, sound, audio-visual, graphic and editorial heritage of Catalonia, both in the analogue and digital context.
Benvinguda a càrrec del Sr. Josep Vives i Gràcia. Director General de Promoció Cultural i Biblioteques i la Sra. Sílvia Sanahuja, Cap de Servei de Biblioteques. Visita a la Biblioteca de Catalunya. La BC és la biblioteca nacional de Catalunya. És un centre cultural de referència especialitzat en la recollida, conservació, promoció i difusió del patrimoni escrit, musical, sonor, audiovisual, gràfic i editorial de Catalunya, tant en el context analògic com en el digital.
Day 2 - Wednesday, April 20
Barcelona
Departure from Gerència de Serveis de Biblioteques. Diputació de Barcelona. Received by Rosa Poch Casanovas, mobile libraries Manager. Industrial School grounds. Building attached to the Wagon. Transfer to the municipality of Castellví de Rosanes and visit to the La Mola mobile library. Children's puppet show scheduled in the town: Cacauet Teatre Touching the sky: a Sherpa legend in the Sala CCR organized for the La Mola Mobile library. Lunch with the mobile library staff and the library technician of the Gerència de Serveis de Biblioteques. Transfer to the municipality of Sant Llorenç d’Hortons. Visit to the Biblio@ccés-Cultural center Joana Raspall de Sant Llorenç d’Hortons. Transfer to the municipality of Sant Pau d’Ordal and visit to the Montau mobile library. Return to Barcelona.
Sortida des de la Gerència de Serveis de Biblioteques. Diputació de Barcelona. Rebuda per Rosa Poch Casanovas, Responsable de bibliobusos. Trasllat a Castellví de Rosanes i visita al Bibliobús la Mola. Espectacle infantil de titelles programat al municipi: Cacauet Teatre, Tocant el cel. Una llegenda xerpa a la Sala CCR organitzat per al Bibliobús la Mola. Dinar amb l’equip del Bibliobús la Mola i l’equip tècnic de la Gerència de Serveis de Biblioteques. Trasllat a Sant Llorenç d’Hortons. Visita al Biblio@ccés-Centre Cultural Joana Raspall de Sant Llorenç d’Hortons. Trasllat a Sant Pau d’Ordal i visita del Bibliobús Montau. Tornada a Barcelona.
Day 3 - Thursday, April 21
Barcelona / Vic
Departure from Gerència de Serveis de Biblioteques. Diputació de Barcelona. Received by Rosa Poch Casanovas, mobile libraries Manager. Transfer to the city of Vic. Visit to the warehouse bus library of Osona. Transfer to the municipality of Sant Quirze Safaja and visit to the Tagamanent mobile library. Transfer to the municipality of Castellterçol. Lunch with the mobile library staff and the library technician of the Gerència de Serveis de Biblioteques. Visit to the Tagamanent mobile library in Castellterçol. Transfer to city of Vic.
Visit to the Public Library Joan Triadú of Vic. Visit to the central library that supports Osona library buses. Return to Barcelona. Dinar amb l’equip del Bibliobús Tagamanent i l’equip tècnic de la Gerència de Serveis de Biblioteques.
Sortida des de la Gerència de Serveis de Biblioteques. Diputació de Barcelona. Rebuda per Rosa Poch Casanovas, Responsable de bibliobusos. Visita del local de bibliobusos d’Osona. Trasllat i visita al Bibliobús Tagamanent a Sant Quirze Safaja (parada d’11:30 a 13:30 h.). Trasllat a Castellterçol. Visita al Bibliobús Tagamanent a Castellterçol (abans de l’obertura de la parada). Trasllat a Vic. Visita guiada a la Biblioteca Joan Triadú de Vic. Visita a la biblioteca central que dona suport als bibliobusos d’Osona. Trasllat a Barcelona.

Day 8 - Tuesday, April 26
Barcelona / Lleida / Talarn
Train. Departure from Barcelona towards Lleida. Arrival at Lleida - Pyrenees train station. Lleida. Reception by Nati Moncasi, head of the Lleida central library and Marta Garcia, librarian at the Lleida central library. Transfer to hotel. Visit to the regional support services of the public libraries of Lleida: Central Library of Lleida. Transfer to the municipality of Talarn. Lunch with the mobile library staff and the library technician of Central de Biblioteques de Lleida. Visit to the “Pere Quart” mobile library. Return to Lleida.
Tren. Sortida de Barcelona direcció Lleida. Arribada a l’estació de tren Lleida - Pirineus.a Lleida. Rebuda del personal de la CBLL, trasllat a l’hotel. Visita a la Central de Biblioteques de Lleida. Sortida direcció al municipi de Talarn. Trasllat amb el vehicle i el tècnic bibliotecari de suport als bibliobusos de la Central de Biblioteques. Arribada a Talarn. Dinar amb el personal del Bibliobús Pere Quart i personal de la Central de Biblioteques de Lleida. Visita al Bibliobús Pere Quart. Arribada a Lleida.
Day 9 - Wednesday, April 27
Lleida / Maials / Llardecans
Visit to the warehouse mobile library. Departure with the Garrigues-Segrià mobile library to the town of Maials. Lunch with the mobile library staff and the library technician of the Central Library of Lleida. Transfer to the municipality of Llardecans. Visit to the Garrigues-Segrià mobile library. Activity “Hora del conte”. Return to Lleida.
Visita al magatzem i oficines dels bibliobusos. Sortida amb el Bibliobús Garrigues-Segrià direcció al municipi de Maials. Dinar amb el personal del bibliobús i el tècnic bibliotecari de la Central de Biblioteques de Lleida. Trasllat a Llardecans. Visita al Bibliobús Garrigues-Segrià. Tornada a Lleida.
Day 10 - Thursday, April 28
Lleida / Barcelona
Receipt from the Director of Territorial Services of Culture of Lleida. Visit to the Public Library of Lleida. Lleida - Pyrenees train station. Departure by train to Barcelona.
